Current Openings
Behavior Interventionist:
- Implement 1:1 direct ABA intervention in home and/or school setting
- Collect ongoing data on ABA programs
- Conduct parent education on ABA intervention
Qualifications & Benefits:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood education or related field, or combination of education and experience with ABA.

Clinical Supervisor:
- Provide supervision and training to interventionists implementing 1:1 ABA therapy
- Design and monitor programs based on the principles of ABA
- Analyze data and implement data-driven program updates
Qualifications & Benefits:
- Masters Degree or in Progress with emphasis in ABA
- BCBA Certification in Progress

BCBA Supervisor:
- Provide ABA supervision, training, and support to staff and clients.
- Create individulaized client tratment programs and program agendas.
- Interface professionally and compassionately with families.
- Create staff training plans and execute training to all employees in accordace with the program design.
- Supervise direct interventionists working with clients.
- Enforce employer's policies and procedures.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Attend management and planning team meetings.
- Maintain open and timely communication with other agencies in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications & Benefits:
- Masters Degree in ABA, psychology, communication disorders, education, child development, or related field
- Current BCBA Certification.
- Working knowledge of ABA principles and ABA approaches.
- Previous supervison experience as a BCBA preferred, but not required.
- DOJ/FBI clearance
- TB Test
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation & valid automobile insurance
